Start with the venue

Start with the training venue when planning your day in Tokyo; travel times can vary considerably across the city. Our Tokyo ring option is at 2-1 Heiwanomori Park in Ota. We confirm the venue for each booking. Share your accommodation or preceding appointment when enquiring. Once the meeting point is confirmed, check the route from that exact location and allow time to find the entrance.

Allow space around the session

The programme is approximately ninety minutes, but that should not become the entire block in your travel itinerary. Ask when to arrive, whether changing time is included and when the group can reasonably depart. Keep the next reservation flexible until those details are settled. A real ring is ideally suited to groups of up to twenty, so a larger party should discuss its format rather than assume everyone can participate in the same way.

What to include in your enquiry

Private bookings are recommended at least two weeks ahead. Send preferred dates, alternative windows, participant numbers and any children’s ages. Explain whether you are looking for a cultural introduction, family participation or a more technical conversation. The standard staffing arrangement can include one or two instructors and an English interpreter, with the final team varying by booking. If you need another language, particular instructor background or an observer arrangement, make that request before the programme is confirmed.
