The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, country or region, company if relevant, requested date, group size and your message. We use these details to respond, discuss arrangements and manage your booking. Please avoid sending passport numbers or sensitive medical details in the initial message.
Referral and campaign details
If you arrive using a partner or campaign link, its code can be submitted with your enquiry. With your permission, a first-party referral cookie remembers the first and latest source for up to 30 days. Without that permission, the current link can still identify the source of the enquiry you submit. You can change the referral-cookie choice using the footer control.
Enquiries and confirmed bookings
Enquiries are stored for the operator to manage. A reference code identifies each enquiry; a booking is recorded only after the team confirms it. Referral records help identify which partners introduced guests. No payment-card details are collected by this enquiry form.
Photos and videos
Written preferences for publicity are checked before participation. Please request permission before recording or sharing images of other guests. Let the team know if you want your visit kept private.
